Respecting Your Time—and Ours

At LeBeau Clinic, we intentionally limit the number of patients we see each day so we can provide every patient with individualized, unrushed care. Every appointment reserves dedicated time with your provider and clinical team to ensure you receive the highest level of personalized attention.

When appointments are canceled, shortened, or significantly modified without advance notice, that reserved time often cannot be offered to another patient who may be waiting for care. Our appointment policies are designed to respect both our patients' time and the dedicated time reserved by our providers, allowing us to continue delivering the exceptional experience our patients have come to expect.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify our office at least 24 business hours in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 business hours' notice will not incur a fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 business hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without prior notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

Cancellation fees are intended to offset the provider time that was reserved specifically for your appointment and are not applied toward future treatment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of LeBeau Clinic.

Reserved Appointment Time Policy

Your appointment is scheduled based upon the anticipated time required to safely perform your selected treatment(s). This dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you choose to significantly reduce, decline, or remove scheduled services upon arrival, and the unused appointment time cannot reasonably be reallocated to another patient, a Reserved Appointment Time Fee may be assessed.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

• Arriving for a scheduled filler appointment and electing to receive only Botox.

• Declining a scheduled treatment after provider evaluation when the appointment time has already been reserved.

• Removing one or more scheduled services that substantially reduce the length of your appointment.

This policy is intended to protect the dedicated provider time reserved for each patient and to ensure appointment availability for others seeking care.

Reserved Appointment Time Fees may vary based upon the amount of provider time reserved and the services originally scheduled.

This policy does not apply when treatment recommendations change due to medical considerations or when modifications are recommended by your provider in your best interest.
